These are general guidlines I use for Friday & Saturday Pricing:

Weddings:

$500 for 5 hours (includes background music)

+ $50 per extra hour

Other Events:

$380 for 3 hours

+ $40 per extra hour

Mileage is 75 cents per mile one way from Fairmont.

(rounded up to the next $5)

Add ons:

Karaoke - $60 (or trade Karaoke for lights)

Extra Speakers - $30

Extra Lights - $30r

Concerning “Start Time”:

If you are having a dinner or “social hour” before your dance, please put that time down as my start time. I will provide background music, do any announcing you may need (if you want me to), and you may use my microphone for any speeches or announcements that your people may want to do. This way I will be all set up and ready to go before your event starts instead of me causing a commotion during your meal (in and out, doors banging, grunting, groaning, cursing — that sort of thing☺) I’ve kept my hourly rate low so that an extra hour or two won’t break your pocket book. Thanks.

Weekday and Sunday Events are ususally discounted.

Consecutive Nights are usually discounted. (If I don't have to tear down--It's cheaper to pay it to you instead of my chiropractor!)

Bar business is discounted - call me for rates.
